The Sendio Opt-Inbox is designed to help its users become more efficient by eliminating the noise in their email inboxes. We partnered with the Sendio team to help their users identify important emails by designing an actionable email that would let their users accept or permanently block wanted or unwanted emails. The Queue Summary email saved the user time by removing the extra steps it would take to log in to the Flash-based GUI on their desktop and enabled them to take actions on their phones or tablets without the inconvenience of having to install another app.
OSL is a discipleship program that has changed the lives of thousands of people across the globe. Its initial conception was as a paper-based, in-person, instructor-led course. This model limited the growth because of the significant number of man hours required to lead each course. We partnered with the OSL team to develop a custom web application that would take their existing course and transform it into an online, take-anywhere, video-driven course. Since OSL Online went live tens of thousands have been able to be discipled regardless of their physical location, less man hours are required to facilitate the classes and material production costs have been significantly decreased.
The Vieri Group helped Operation Solid Lives (OSL), a life-changing discipleship program, build an integration with their end-user facing Wordpress site and their backend CRM, Highrise. The two-way integration seamlessly creates new leads in Highrise from an interest form and generates follow-up tasks for the OSL team. As leads convert and become users of the discipleship program the integration updates the location listings on the Wordpress site.
The Foursquare Church used two different systems, Orchid Event Solutions and Wufoo to register the adult, youth and child attendees of their annual convention. On-site, INSYNC, was used to safely facilitate the checking in and out of minors to their age-specific events. None of these systems natively exchanged data with each other but the organizers felt they had chosen the best system for the respective areas. We stepped in and developed custom integrations to allow data to be synchronized between all the systems involved.
The Foursquare Denomination chose iMIS as their primary system for managing their churches and ministers. Out of the box iMIS was able to facilitate 90% of the needed administrative and reporting processes, but iMIS consultants didn't see a way for existing iMIS modules to fulfill the remaining 10%. We were able to partner with both the Foursquare team and the iMIS team to engineer custom iMIS modules that facilitated monthly and annual church reporting, integrations with existing software systems, and aggregated reporting.
Shelby Arena is the church management system used by The Rock church across all of its campuses. Out of the box Arena was initially able to facilitate the care of attendees of The Rock, but as The Rock grew there became needs to generate unique portals that only granted access to subsets of the Arena database and gather results of care contacts. Initially, this process was facilitated using Excel spreadsheets that would take hours to generate and consolidate. We analyzed this process and looked at which existing modules would get us close to the desired results and then augmented the existing modules with custom modules. The result was a web portal that automatically presented the correct subset of data to each unique user and reports that aggregated all the data entered by all of the users.
